February is filled with celebrations, both Valentine's Day and Family Day. What's not to love about that?
Preparing and sharing food is, of course, an expression of love in itself so we’re taking this opportunity to share a couple of recipes using products that we absolutely do sincerely love here at Jill’s Table.
A fan-favourite book in the store is Sheet Pan Everything by cookbook author Ricardo. It inspired one of this month's recipes to share with you: Sheet Pan Gnocchi, an ideal Family Day dinner that comes together in minutes. It features Rummo Gnocchi (which is also available in a gluten-free version) and Sacla semi dried tomatoes with garlic and capers, a pantry must-have. These ingredients are combined with mushrooms and grape tomatoes then oven-baked. There's a good chance this will become one of your new household favourite recipes.
We’ve also developed a decadent cake recipe that features a sponge cake and Fabbri strawberries topped with English double cream. Yum! This is a sure way to someone’s heart.
