I’m looking out my home office window at my herb garden as I'm writing this, with a sense of contentment and anticipation. Everything is finally starting to reawaken—the chives are up, sage is blooming, and even the catnip is making a comeback.
Spring has the most beautiful way of turning from dull greys and browns into so many beautiful shades of green. In just the past couple of weeks, the colour green is everywhere!
With that in mind, the theme of this newsletter is showcasing and sharing the current green trends in housewares and food.

What are we loving that’s green?

Wüsthof launched a beautiful new knife colour this past year called Fresh Rosemary. I often find myself reaching for my own 6-inch Rosemary chef’s knife with its attractive brass rivets.
The Wüsthof 6-inch chef’s knife is a superb all-around knife, and it's always one of my first recommendations. While some people prefer the 8-inch version, I find the 6-inch slightly lighter, more nimble and comfortable for day-to-day use. It's typically a great fit for almost anyone... including moms of all ages.
We'll have some great specials coming up on Wüsthof Classic and Classic Ikon knives starting May 1st, just in time for Mother's Day. A few other charming colours are available by special order, too.

Casafina dinnerware from Portugal has a beautiful artichoke green colour among their Pacifica stoneware line that has been trending. It's truly lovely, and pairs beautifully with all the other Casafina colours.
Danica has an outstanding lineup of linens and housewares in the Fern and Frond design — from aprons, tea towels, coasters, melamine ware and more. They also have beautiful sage-coloured linens.
